Data continues to be gathered and published that obesity, even moderate, is a huge risk factor in terms of the severity of Covid 19 symptoms upon a person's entire body.

So let's MOVE! Not pack up and go across the country! Let's Move Our Bodies! Don't sit and spend hours trying to find just the right "movement" program for you. Instead, realize that it doesn't matter what you do, but you NEED to move!

Here are 5 Ways You Can Succeed in Your Quest to Start Moving More Each Day

  • Start with small things that are doable every day and when they become a habit add something else that is small and doable!
  • Walk up and down the stairs, any stairs, twice a day Just Because!
  • Park further away in the parking lot from the front door of the store than you usually do. Then pump your arm and call that a victory parking spot that you just scored!
  • Five Squats
  • Five Lunges
  • Don't let your knees go over your toes when you do your squats and lunges! Healthy knees keep us moving for life!
